In a very impressive mound performance, Dariusz Chojecki stopped the Aguascalientes Rieleros cold. The 27-year-old Spelunkers hurler blanked them on 6 hits to post a 6-0 triumph.
So far this season Chojecki has worked 51 innings in 8 relief appearances with 1 saves. He has dished out 18 strikeouts and walked 12 with a 3-1 mark and a 1.24 ERA.

 | Saturday, June 28th, 2014: Coronado 5-5 Against Bowling Green
It was a parade of hits for Jesús Coronado of the Clinton Railcats... one right after another... a total of 5 for the day. He ravaged the Bowling Green Spelunkers for 5 hits in his 5 at-bats and propelled the Railcats to a 11-1 victory.
"Coronado was really good and we were really bad," groaned the Spelunkers manager. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him."
J. Coronado doubled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, hit a two-run double in the 4th, singled in the 6th and hit a two-run home run off J. Unknown in the 8th.
This year Coronado has hit at a .311 pace and produced 16 RBIs, 1 home run and scored 17 runs.
