It definitely turned out well for the Cork first baseman today as he collected 5 hits in 5 at-bats against Hilo. But not so good for his team, as the Stars took the game at Saints Ballpark, whipping the Saints 7-4.
C. Sprague singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off E. Mullenax in the 9th.

He walloped 5 hits in 5 at-bats in his career-day performance to help the Stars get by the Spelunkers 7-1.
In a talkative and jovial mood after the game, the second baseman of the Stars exclaimed, "Whoa, my swing was really, really there today. I made some good, sweet-spot contact and when that happens...good things happen...like 5-5. I could get used to a lot of days like this one."
