Next time the Fire might think twice about pitching to José Perales. Today at Normandy Fields the Ottawa center fielder really burned Utica pitching, going 5-for-6 in the Moose 4-3 triumph.
"When he's seeing the ball well," his skipper told reporters, "he can probably stroke a base hit blindfolded."
J. Perales singled in the 2nd, grounded out in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 8th, doubled in the 10th and singled in the 12th.
