Friday, August 1st, 2014: Swing Chill Yi's Hot Streak
Seung-min Yi came into the today's game against St. Paul rolling along with a 28-game hitting string, but he left it on the field at Llamas Ballpark. The 26-year-old New Delhi left fielder went 0-for-4 against the Swing as the Llamas were beaten 8-1.

So far this year in 109 games Yi is hitting .289 with 4 home runs, 44 RBIs and 60 runs scored.

Sunday, July 27th, 2014: Yi's Hit Streak Soars to 25 Games
At Llamas Ballpark today New Delhi left fielder Seung-min Yi stretched his consecutive-game hitting streak to 25 games with 1 hit against the Mount Prospect Knights. However, the Llamas came up short on the scoreboard and lost the game 4-2.
S. Yi flied out in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, doubled in the 6th and struck out in the 8th.

Yi currently has a .293 batting average with 115 hits, 4 homers, 44 RBIs, 58 runs scored and a .351 OBP.

Friday, July 25th, 2014: Hattiesburg Blanked by Fuentes
Jorge Fuentes spun his magic in a 4-0 shutout victory, allowing 3 hits while totaling no walks and 9 strikeouts.

The New Delhi pitcher put quite a spell on Hattiesburg in a strong performance.

"I had a lot of good things working in this one," Fuentes said. "I worked both sides of the plate. I was rarely behind in the count."

In 21 starts this season Fuentes has rung up a 8-7 record and a 3.46 ERA.
