 | Saturday, July 7th, 2012: Ramírez Spins Shutout Against Hitmen Roberto Ramírez of the Albuquerque Diablos just toyed with the Lauderhill Hitmen today, blanking them 2-0. He was almost untouchable, baffling them on a 5-hit shutout with 2 strikeouts and no walks. "I'm sweating now because it's hot in here," Ramírez said in the clubhouse after the game. "But it didn't even feel like I was sweating out there." One of his teammates said it was easy to play behind him today. "It was like he's just playing with the hitters and doing whatever he wanted to do." |
