 | Monday, May 6th, 2013: WL Star of the Week Announced It was some kind of week for Michael Jones of the Lyon Musketeers. First he hits the heck out of the ball, ripping it at a .520 clip and the next thing you know, he is voted the Player of the Week in the Western League. Last week Jones went 13-25, chalked up 1 home run and 7 RBIs and scored 4 runs. Not a bad week's work at all! Jones is batting .360 in 2013 with 1 home run, 21 RBIs and 15 runs scored. He has 41 hits in 114 at-bats. |
