The Kiev third baseman stepped into the batter's box 6 times against the Glendale and delivered 5 hits. It was a sensational game for him. He excitedly told the press, "Unbelieveable feeling. Unbelieveable. It felt good. It felt great. What a day! 5 for 6! It does wonders for your batting average, too." B. Nauman singled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, grounded out in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, singled in the 7th, grounded out in the 9th and doubled in the 11th. |
