"What can you say? We didn't hit well," said the Pints skipper in his postgame comments. "Hopefully we shake this off and bounce back tomorrow." van Rossum finished the game with 1 strikeout and no walks in an excellent mound performance. "He pitched real well," his manager said. "Remke made pitches when he had to. He hit his spots and did a great job of mixing in his changeup and using his fastball effectively." |
