 | Tuesday, July 8th, 2014: Grizzlies Shut out by Kaili "I hope we miss him next time," the Victoria manager said. "Kaili certainly pitched a strong game against us today. He was in a groove, throwing everything for strikes. Throwing hard. Changing speeds." Anchorage starter Teriieroo Kaili tamed the Victoria Grizzlies 6-0 with a 5-hit shutout, finishing the game with 4 strikeouts and no walks in a sharp outing. "I enjoy facing a team like that where I can get an out on one, two or three pitches," Kaili said. "It gives me a chance to be a lot more aggressive." This year Kaili has compiled a 9-2 record with a 2.79 ERA in 18 starts. |
