GUBA Triple A News Article | |  | Monday, August 4th, 2014: EL Player of the Week Named 22-year-old Jack Fulton sent shock waves through GUBA Triple A last week with an eye-popping performance that brought him the Eastern League Player of the Week Award.
A newcomer to the league, Fulton made the establishment sit up and take notice, punishing opposing pitchers with a .609 average, 14 hits in 23 at-bats, 1 home run and 3 runs batted in.
Where the Quezon City Pearls first baseman goes from here, only the baseball gods know for sure, but Fulton certainly made his mark last week.
Fulton is hitting at a .373 mark this season. His stats show 4 home runs, 64 RBIs and 57 runs scored. He has played 108 games for the Pearls. | |
