 | Friday, April 11th, 2014: Marauders Rosas Gone for Year
The doctors have spoken and Víctor Rosas of the Calgary Marauders didn't like what he heard. The 28-year-old reliever is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Rosas sustained his season-ending injury during the Rome Gladiators game yesterday at Marauders Ballpark. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Calgary medical staff reported Rosas had a ruptured disc and would be absent from the lineup for at least 10 months.
