That would be hard to believe for anyone who saw him dispose of the Black Sox with a great 5-hit performance. "He made it look easy," said the Chicago manager, who saw his team fall to the Des Moines Kernels, 10-9. "Hats off to him!" This season Samson is hitting .319 with 130 hits, 3 home runs, 44 RBIs, scored 63 runs and played in 96 games. |
