 | Monday, July 1st, 2013: Sluggers-Shamrocks Trade: Hasegawa for Fleury A trade between the Louisville Sluggers and the Dublin Shamrocks was made official this morning. The Louisville Sluggers have sent 31-year old starting pitcher Tadayuki Hasegawa to the Dublin Shamrocks in exchange for 22-year old minor league first baseman Mathieu Bisson, 22-year old minor league third baseman Jeff Fleury and 23-year old minor league starting pitcher Chris Courtney. Hasegawa has made 18 starts, tossed 110.1 innings, struck out 89 batters and walked 22. His record is 5-8 with a 3.34 ERA and he has limited other teams to a .281 batting average. |
