 | Saturday, May 11th, 2013: Jenkins and Castaneda Traded The Vancouver Mounties have finalized a deal with the Tokyo Ninjas for the services of 31-year old right fielder José Castaneda. In exchange, the Ninjas will receive 25-year old minor league reliever Steve Jenkins. Year-to-date in 30 games Castaneda has compiled a .255 batting average with 26 hits and 3 home runs. He has also scored 11 times and knocked in 15 runs. |
